Tara is a speaker, author, coach and consultant. She joined Children International’s board in November 2016, bringing with her a unique mix of experience, including high-level management, marketing, executive coaching and cultural expertise. Tara held positions at Hallmark for nearly 20 years, serving in many creative and senior leadership roles, including leading Hallmark’s first Multicultural Center of Excellence. She is the author of Say Yes: A Woman's Guide to Advancing Her Professional Purpose. Together, Tara and her husband have six children.
