Mike is an award-winning teacher and instructional leader in the Gwinnett County Public School District, outside Atlanta, Ga. Mike joined Children International’s board in 2014. He is the founder and technology instructor for the Center for Design and Technology. A creative and innovative thinker, Mike is deeply passionate about the most effective ways to help kids reach their potential. Mike was invited to the White House Computer Science Tech Jam and was named to Georgia's Governor Taskforce for Education, both in 2014. Before his teaching career, Mike managed a team of web developers for Accenture.
