Title: International Human Resource Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Reports to: Vice President of Global Talent Growth

About Children International

Children International is a nonprofit organization working to eradicate poverty around the world. At CI, we believe that every child matters and that it is simply unacceptable that over a billion children live in poverty. The CI approach is to invest in our kids and youth to grow up healthy, educated, employed and empowered to break the cycle of poverty and become positive agents of change in their communities.

Today, Children International directly invests in more than 280,000 children and youth through 13 agencies in 10 countries around the world. In addition, about 1,400 mission-driven employees around the world and about 8,000 volunteers help our kids overcome poverty. The person we are seeking as our International Human Resource Manager will be capable of creating global strategies to recruit high impact leaders and team members, developing them to their greatest potential and sharing best practices worldwide so that we can deliver on our goal of directly serving 1,000,000 children and youth by 2025.

The work Children International does on behalf of children in poverty is funded primarily through a one-to-one sponsorship model. We are transforming our funding model to dramatically increase the support we give our kids. Additionally, we are taking our programs from good to great by elevating our people systems and practices worldwide. That’s where you come in.
