POSITION SUMMARY

Key member of the marketing team who supports the development and execution of the website and digital communications. Acts in a coordination and execution role for key aspects of digital delivery including tag management. Supports the website and digital communications through project tracking, monitoring and reporting including coordination of testing efforts and production changes including support of marketing automation platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Continually monitoring, evaluating and optimizing the web-based campaigns and digital communications including supporting best practices for deployment and ensuring quality execution.
  • Continually monitoring, evaluating and optimizing digital content for the organization’s website, especially for web-based campaigns and digital communications including supporting best practices for deployment and ensuring quality execution.
  • Work with marketing managers, understanding the needs of the various marketing projects, ensuring digital journeys and touchpoints (such as landing pages, emails, supporting content) are in sync and make sense.
  • Monitoring and collaborating on campaign tagging to confirm tracking is correctly in place for digital communications. Utilize reporting tools to monitor performance, make recommendations for improvements in effectiveness or efficiency.
  • Managing with key resources for reporting and tagging including coordinating tags, tracking parameter implementations.
  • Assist with digital journey development for new digital communications flow.
  • Performs a wide variety of production-related tasks for website and digital communication including building, modifying, optimizing, and deploying digital content using tools such as Episerver and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Partner with external vendors to assist with their development and execution of campaign specific landing pages.
  • Support website deploys and updates, reviewing and monitoring deployed changes. Monitoring ongoing content.
  • Assist in ongoing reporting and tracking of various digital metrics.
  • Provide support for website and marketing automation platform execution.
  • Support the development communication preferences and digital personalization efforts.
  • Support search marketing efforts.

  • Preferred1-3 years’ work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital marketing manager
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, UTMs and Google Tag Manager, SEM, SEO, Google Ads
  • Preferred execution experience in Sales Force Marketing Cloud
  • Knowledge of web design and content management systems
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferred BS degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field
