You’re investing in the future of American kids

Children International’s Common GoodSM is designed to meet children where they are — literally. In their schools. You’re helping build a stronger, more compassionate America, one child, one classroom, one school at a time.

Children in Arkansas need your help

Childhood in America can be tough, especially for at-risk kids. They struggle with not only their studies, but the weight they bring into the classroom with them.

Hunger, homelessness and domestic violence are just a few of the challenges students in Little Rock deal with every day. These result in missed class, a lack of focus on their studies and feelings of failure.

The rate of child poverty is 22%, the sixth-highest in the nation.

A solution rooted in community

Your support of Common Good can make a truly meaningful impact on young lives by delivering direct assistance into the daily school experience for kindergarten through eighth-grade students.

By partnering with the resources of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Little Rock School District (LRSD), the City of Little Rock and the Central Arkansas Little Rock Library System, Common Good is not only helping students — we’re strengthening the entire community from within through the proven model of social and emotional well-being.

Here’s what you’re providing children through your support

At the heart of Common Good is a belief that every child deserves the chance to grow into a confident, compassionate and capable adult. That’s why our partners in Little Rock have embraced the G.U.I.D.E. for Life framework — five essential principles that help children not only succeed in school, but thrive in life.

These aren’t just classroom lessons. They’re life lessons — portable, practical and deeply personal, for use at every stage in life. They help children navigate challenges, build meaningful relationships and make thoughtful choices. They’re just as relevant for adults as they are for kids.
