Usability testing is a method of gathering real-time feedback to understand how supporters interact with our website. In partnership with UserTesting®, you'll record a live feedback session and simply talk through your observations — good or bad — as you complete a specific task. Capturing your thoughts in the moment is tremendously helpful in creating the best website experience.
You will enter your email address to launch the test - but that’s it. If a usability test requires you to access MyCI, you will be provided with test log-in credentials during the usability test itself. The log-in credentials provided will NOT be associated with your personal account or information.

Typically usability tests can be completed in under 15 minutes. As with all Sponsor Feedback Panel opportunities, there is no deadline for submission, so you can choose when and where works best for you.
