Setting up your MyCI account

Setting up your own account in "MyCI" allows you to manage your sponsorship with the click of a mouse. When you create your own account, you can log in and do the following:

• See current and past photos of your sponsored child
• View and print your sponsored child's family record
• Write and send letters to your child
• Review your account summary and update your personal information
• Make additional contributions to your sponsored child
• Print your current or past contribution history
• Find out if your employer matches your charitable gifts
• Share your sponsorship story with others

Additionally, starting your own account allows Children International to reduce our administration costs. That means we have more funds for the programs that benefit sponsored children.

Create your own MyCI today and increase the power of your sponsorship.

When you become a sponsor or make a donation to Children International, you are automatically assigned an account number.

You can find it:

• On your welcome letter or welcome email
• On your sponsorship reply form
• On the progress report you receive with your child's letter
• On your year-end receipt if you use automatic payment services
• If you can't find your account number, call 1-800-888-3089 and a Care Team representative will assist you.
• On all eNews emails

Your username must have at least six characters. Often, people choose to use the same email address that is associated with their Children International account.”

Your password must contain at least 6 characters. It is recommended that you set up a password that you will only use to access your MyCI account.
