Matias Duvan has been sponsored by an amazing world-changer! His sponsor has created Team Matias Duvan and given him a chance to break free from the cycle of poverty, starting a ripple effect for generations. With that support, the future looks bright for Matias Duvan!
Kids growing up in poverty in Colombia face many tough challenges, such as a large wealth gap, gang violence that too often involves kids, an inadequate health care system and poor secondary-school attendance.
That's why we focus on programs to help kids stay off the streets, work with local partners to provide medical and dental care, and offer leadership programs and scholarships to help teens stay in school so they can achieve their dreams.
