Title: Director of Analytics and Insights

Reports to: Vice President of Operations

Children International, a $145 million international humanitarian organization, is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as Director of Analytics and Insights.

In this exciting position, you will discover that we address global poverty at the root cause level by working directly with children and youth around the world. Why? Because we believe that investing in kids and youth for the first two decades of their lives is the single best answer to breaking the cycle of poverty — especially generational poverty.

Our approach is far more than poverty alleviation. We develop and deliver programs based on four pillars: health, education, empowerment and employment. This holistic approach over time is the key to overcoming poverty.

The work Children International does to invest in children in poverty is mostly funded through a one-to-one sponsorship model. With the impactful relationships this model fosters, our sponsors have the privilege of transforming the lives of the kids and youth they support. Along the way, sponsors tell us their lives are transformed. And we are in the process of creating a new future — for our sponsored children, for our supporters and for our organization. The Director of Analytics and Insights will be a critical player in maximizing our effectiveness in fundraising and in transforming these children’s lives to break their cycle of poverty.
