ongoing projects and meet institutional opportunities.

donors to make a substantial gift that may not be possible during their lifetimes.

Deferred Gift Annuity. Similar to a gift annuity, except payments begin at a future date.
Appreciated Stock. Gifts of appreciated stock (held more than one year) offer attractive tax incentives.
Bonds and Mutual Funds. These offer tax benefits similar to appreciated stock.
CDs, Savings Accounts, Brokerage Accounts, Checking Accounts with P.O.D. Provisions. With Pay On Death provisions, the account balance is paid to your beneficiary immediately upon your death.
Charitable Remainder Trusts (Irrevocable) (Annuity and Unitrusts.) These trusts provide flexibility in choosing a suitable income arrangement to meet your needs.
Charitable Lead Trust. Assets (cash and securities) are transferred to a trust that pays income to Children International for a predetermined time period.
