Teens in under-developed countries must struggle every day to overcome poverty just to stay in school. Then they face the difficulty of finding a job in a competitive job market. With Children International’s signature Youth Programs – Into Employment, Aflatoun and Game On! – qualified young people from ages 12 to 19 receive valuable job-skills training, financial education and leadership training they need to get a job.
Into Employment provides on-the-job training that may lead to future employment.
Aflatoun teaches young people about money management to break the cycle of poverty.
Game On! provides leadership skills and life-skills education through organized sports leagues.
